Exploration Saturdays

So me and my friend/flatmate Steff decided to make our Saturday more productive and go and check out the distance and walk to her future accomodation for next year and then after head to the train station to pick up some tickets for Market Harborough next week, when I will be going to a fragrance factory with my fragrance project group for a tour and isnight into fragrance products.

Instead of heading there quickly to get it over and done with we decided to take our time and actually look at the things that we have around us in Nottingham. On the way to the train station there was a guy giving out free sweets to promote The Treat Kitchen. I had noticed the shop previously when I had walked that way but I had never really paid attention to it properly. We took a sweet from the guy (super nice I must say!) and headed inside for a quick look and spotted some of our old time favourites! The variety of sweets in The Treat Kitchen is so vast you'll struggle on what to choose, but I definitely recommend a look in for a tasty treat or gift.

We then passed the canal and stopped to take some photos as the sun was out and we actually had the time to admire how pretty it actually is.

After We had been to the train station we had a walk down to the waterfront for a sit down and proper admiration along with planning for some drinks when the weather gets sunnier and the temperature gets warmer.

After a short rest we started to head bag and as Steff hadn't seen the castle yet I decided to take her past it and have a more scenic route back to our flat.
