New York, Day 4

On the Thursday we had a talk from the girls who write the blog Wanderlust, this talk inspired me and my friend Stacey with ideas to create our own joint blog while at university, and even afterwards depending on the success of it, keeping both our separate blogs as well.

After the talk we took a walk up to Central Park and went to see Strawberry Fields, as both me and Stacey are fans of The Beatles, and it was a must see.

We walked down Fashion Avenue to get to Central Park, along Fashion Avenue they have floor plaques dedicated to different designers, this stretch is known as the Fashion Walk of Fame.

Later that night after our tiring and long day out! We decided to have a rest at the hotel before heading out to do The Empire State Building, and not just to the 82nd floor, we went as high as we could and did the 102nd floor as well! Myself and Stacey had been on a trip the year before to Paris with college and we went up The Eiffel Tower, on an extremely windy and rainy evening, the views were beautiful but we both agreed that The Empire State completely overtook The Eiffel Tower when it came to spectacular views. We were told that you can see 72 miles out from The Empire State, that's 72 miles of lights. It's amazing.
