The fairytale story line has come from researching boredom in fashion editorials, a good example would be from the previous post Pose: The Slump, in the bottom left image, where the model is slumped over a blossom tree and the shadow of the tree has been portrayed, in my opinion, to be a dragon, leading me to instantly think of sleeping beauty, Aurora, where Maleficent can change herself into a dragon.
From this i went on to find images from editorials that have used fairytales as their narratives, here are some examples.
1. (top right corner) Alice in Wonderland and the Madhatters tea party, it is clear to see the relation to boredom from the models expression and also the slouching back into the chair, that also links into the first post, Prop: The Chair Of Boredom.

2. (top left corner) Red Riding Hood and the Wolf

3. (bottom left corner) Beauty and the Beast - Lumiere, the candle stick.
Also with a bored pose, leaning on the table, arms slightly crossed with a slight tilt of the head, suggesting boredom.

4. (middle bottom) Brave - Merida, the model here seems to be portraying a tired feeling, in the story she is searching for a wisp to help her mother who has been changed into a bear, the direction of this shoot may be to show the exhaustion of looking and not getting what is needed straight away.
